SaaS Architecture Principles

Richard Hall

Richard Hall, CEO and founder of CloudOrigin will discuss the technical and commercial factors influencing successful Software as a Service (SaaS) designs, illustrated with examples drawn from the latest generation of SaaS providers, including firms on the journey from traditional ISV to cloud based solutions.

He will showcase a Generation Model mapping the evolution of SaaS solutions, best practice benchmarks for service provision and operational delivery alongside real world ‘anti-patterns’ with the aim of encouraging innovation to ‘fail early and safely’ rather than repeat common errors which have derailed other SaaS programmes.
